There are thousands of volunteers across our borough making a real difference to the lives of children and young people. Without them, many activities and specialist support would simply not exist. Their passion and commitment helps enrich the lives of local children and young people.

Martin Francis
Martin works full-time as a headmaster, but still volunteers hours of his time to support and encourage young people with Brierley Hill Musical Theatre Company. Unfortunately he could not attend the Awards as he had a parents evening, but his fellow volunteer, Jo Gresswell, was delighted to accept the award on his behalf.
